In Philippians 4:8, we are instructed to think about things that are true, noble, right, pure, lovely, admirable, excellent, and praiseworthy. By focusing on these types of thoughts, we can strengthen our faith, find encouragement, and experience the peace that surpasses all understanding. We must intentionally choose to think about the things of God, resist negative thinking patterns, and renew our minds daily through prayer and the study of scripture.
