ITS EASTER.
As I wish you Happy Easter, permit me to remind us of what exactly it's all about.
Easter is not just about celebrating the death and resurrection of Jesus. Then talk about His humility and sacrifice. We miss the point if that's all we see.
Rather, Easter is a testimony and Celebration of the Finished Works of Christ.
The Saviour was manifest for a reason and that most of all was to show us how God intends for man to be on earth.
Jesus was not just a man or prophet,
He lived on earth as man with power from above. No wonder He showed such mastery over nature, circumstances, diseases, death!
As God's children, we carry the DNA of Christ and should live in the finished works. Easter is a time to reflect and remind ourselves of whom we really are in Christ and ask ourselves if truly we're living in His finished works.
Easter is not a religous sacrament neither is it a ceremony for societal feasting. It is the season, when THE DEEP MUST CALL TO THE DEEP in our lives.
Shalom!
